A Ghanaian journalist has narrated how a deceased CAF official was beaten after Nigeria and Ghana’s match in Abuja.

Irate Nigeria fans went to the pitch to destroy stuff after their country failed to qualify for the 2022 World Cup.

Collins Atta Poku, a Ghana Sports Journalist, revealed how a CAF official was attacked.

According to him, the man lost consciousness and he was rushed to an ambulance for CPR, later he was sent to the hospital after attempts were made for him to regain consciousness through an Oxygen mask.

Sadly, he couldn’t fight for his life.

Atta Poku also disclosed that he lost his money and phone during the incident.

He added that Dr Baah Nuako, a Ghanaian official, on the other hand, lost his two phones.
