Ghanaian music sensation, Kuami Eugene has subtly addressed the recent claims made by his former househelp, Mary, shedding light on the challenges she faced during her employment.
During an exclusive interview, Mary revealed that she began her tenure with the multi-talented musician earning a meager Ghc400 per month.
She detailed how, over the years, Kuami Eugene incrementally raised her salary, reaching Ghc500 before her abrupt termination.
Mary attributed her dismissal to returning late from an errand assigned by a female acquaintance of the Lynx Entertainment signed musician.
She explained, “He sacked me because I returned late from an errand. Frankly speaking, I got home late that day. A lady friend of his asked me to deliver something, and I think I got home after 12 am that day.”
Amid the wild reactions to the interview granted by Mary on social media, Kuami Eugene took to his X page and shared what is currently on of the most popular Ghanaian phrases “Nipa bi y3 cobra” to express his shock about the allegations by Mary.
Well, it is worth noting that during Mary’s tenure with Kuami Eugene, the Lynx Entertainment artist publicly displayed affection toward her. He occasionally featured her in his Instagram and TikTok live sessions, seeking support and admiration from his followers.
The interactions sparked speculations among netizens, with some even suggesting that the “Monica” hitmaker should consider marrying her due to their perceived compatibility.
