The CEO of Highly Spiritual Music, Davis Kojo Kyei, popularly known in showbiz circles as Kaywa has finally made a statement on the allegations of copyright infringements leveled against him by his former signee, Kurl Songx.

Speaking in an interview monitored by zionfelix.net, the renowned producer and beats maker revealed there was no truth in the things Kurl Songx said on Hitz FM Thursday morning.

In his own words, Kaywa said: “It is entirely untrue”.

He added that the “Dw3” hook in the song is one he gave to Kurl Songx himself at the time he was playing the beat for him.

Kaywa further stated that because he didn’t want to have this same problem which is gradually getting the attention of many people, he made sure Krymi and Mr. Drew used entirely new lines in the song.

When the host asked why he thought Kurl Songx will make these allegations at this time, he suggested it is just a ploy to promote his new song.
