LaceUp Records have expressed their disappointment in the organizers of the Ghana DJ Awards.

The management of LaceUp Records told zionfelix.net that the organizers of the Ghana DJ Awards failed to fulfil their part of an agreement they had which involve an artiste signed on the label.

According to them, the organizers’ failure to provide a smoke and fire effect before the entrance of the artiste, Fina, marred her performance.

They asserted that they reached an agreement with them and they expected them to provide it to enable the artiste put out her best due to what she planned before mounting the stage—and agreed by both parties.

LaceUP Records bemoaned this has caused them a lot because some investors were present at the event to watch Fina’s performance and subsequently make an inform decision to invest in her talent.

Fina has churned out a couple of songs after she was signed onto LaceUp Records, owned by Ghanaian businessman Elvis Kusi Yeboah.

Apart from this issue, the organizers of the Ghana DJ Awards have been criticized heavily by some industry players on some mishaps from their outfit.
