For many years, one of the biggest debates among Ghanaian movie lovers has been about who truly deserves the title of the greatest actor in the country’s history, particularly within the Kumawood movie industry.

While several names have consistently dominated the conversation, including Agya Koo, Kwaku Manu, Akrobeto, Dr. Likee and Lilwin himself, the argument over who stands above the rest has never really ended.

The discussion has resurfaced once again following the circulation of a flyer on social media celebrating veteran actor Agya Koo.

The flyer boldly described the celebrated Kumawood icon as a nightmare for anyone in the Ghanaian movie industry.

Reacting to the flyer, Kwadwo Nkansah, popularly known as Lilwin, surprisingly put aside the long-running comparisons and gave credit where he believes it is due.

According to the actor, producer, and musician, Agya Koo remains one of the greatest figures to ever emerge from the Ghanaian movie industry.

Lilwin acknowledged that regardless of current trends and changing generations, nobody can erase the tremendous impact Agya Koo made during the golden era of Kumawood.

Lilwin further described Agya Koo as a true legend whose contribution helped transform Kumawood into a household brand not only in Ghana but across several African countries.

His comments may come as a surprise to some fans considering the occasional public exchanges and comparisons between the two stars over the years. However, Lilwin’s latest remarks appear to suggest that he still has enormous respect for Agya Koo’s legacy.
