Embattled Ghanaian gold dealership and investment firm, Menzgold has started paying a section of its customers.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Menzgold Ghana Limited, Nana Appiah Mensah announced the commencement and a successful payment made to the first batch from the first category of the Menzgold payment schedule on Friday, December 27, 2019, in a post sighted by zionfelix.net.

Nana Appiah disclosed the company’s willingness to pay it, customers, timely as they are yet to recover a huge sum of money from overseas.

The Menzgold Boss admitted the hardship the company has faced following the freeze of its bank accounts and other assets.

He wrote on Instagram: “I note with excitement that, the first batch from the first category of the Menzgold payment schedule has been successfully made today; 27th December, 2019 by the “third party” appointed.

 I admit that, the momentum is not as fast as we desire in the face of; the bank accounts freeze, assets preservation and more importantly, huge sum of debts owed Menzgold overseas not yet recovered, but we’re committed to providing payment service with speed in the weeks ahead, as we endeavor to overcome these impediments in the best interest of all customers, stakeholders and for the good people of our dear republic.
