Fatau Keita touted as one of Ghana’s most gifted traditional musicians, has revealed in a Facebook post sighted by zionfelix.net that his former manager Enoch Agyepong stopped working with him simply because of a Facebook post he made about tramadol abuse.

In the post sighted, Fatau Keita stated that he wrote “Stop taking in tramadol!!! Before your family’s thinks your mate is working juju on you…a word to a wise bro is in…Ayoo”. The musician also in the post stated that he decided to post the message on his facebook wall to just tell the world why he was let go by his manager, Enoch Agyepong.

“Just because of this post Enoch Agyepong stop working with me..I just want my people to know” Fatau Keita wrote as the caption of his post.

Enock Agyepong is the Chief Executive Officer of Tema-based music production firm, Speech Production & Music Publishing. Enock Agyepong signed Fatau Keita, a singer, songwriter, guitarist, and percussionist who blends the Dagomba language with highlife music in 2017.

Fatau Keita originally hails from Tamale in the Northern Region and recently won three awards at the Best Instrumentalists of Africa Festival (MIA) in Benin. The awards he won were best wind instrumentalist of the year award, third best vocalist and second best-performing band at the festival. Fatau Keita is also the owner of the popular ‘My Baby’ song which features Noella Wiyaala.
