Groupe Ideal-owned television station, TV Africa after rebranding two years back has relaunched.
The successful event which happened on Monday, February 12 was organised to officially announce to its viewers the new programs lined up for the year and beyond. The relaunch which happened on the station’s new morning show, Breakfast live hosted by three ladies – Nikki Samonas, Obuobia Darko-Opoku, and Khadijat El-Alawa had exciting performances from Kofy formerly of TV3’s Mentor, Nana Yaa, Efya and Gyedu-Blay Ambolley.
The hosts of other programs on the station were on the morning show to detail their programs to the public. The new TV Africa has actor Ekow Blankson as the Managing Director and movie producer cum director, Shirley Frimpong-Manson as its Chief Operating Officer.
The new TV Africa is a subsidiary of Groupe Ideal owned by Dr. Nii Kotei Dzani, founder and president of the multimillion dollar business firm.
It was established by award-winning Ghanaian filmmaker, Kwaw Ansah 15 years ago but Groupe Ideal acquired major shares in 2016.
Programs for the new TV Africa to excite viewers are Breakfast Live, G-Zone, Temperature, Bumper to Bumper, Video Ryd Paemuka, Odo Confession, News Hour, Goal, Sports World and many others.
