The Public Relation Officer Of GHAMRO, Prince Tsegah, has fired some hot shots the way of Shatta Movement president, Shatta Wale as he has stated that Ghanaian media landscape is tired of dancehall artiste.
According to entertainment pundit and host of ‘You Say Watin’ on Hitz FM, the dancehall artiste’s constant attacks of other artists and inconsistent posture seem to have made him lose some friends in the media. Prince Tsegah adds that he has this conviction because of Shatta Wale’s description of his colleagues, Sarkodie, and Stonebwoy as hypocrites.
Prince Tsegah believes that these attacks by Shatta Wale on his colleagues are simply a ploy to get more hype for his new ‘Reign’ album which will be released on October 13. He said, “Shatta needs some small ‘talkability’ and therefore needs to be in the news” because of his new album.
The media, Mr. Tsegah believes is tired of Shatta Wale and the media is not talking about his new album. Prince Tsegah, therefore, advise him to devise means to be relevant.
He also advised Shatta Wale to work on his relationship with the media because he can’t go running people down and expect them to talk about him. Prince Tsegah, however, noted that Shatta Wale recently pulled a mammoth crowd in Nima, in Accra, the media has conspicuously been quiet about it.
