Once you commit the ‘error’ of sharing either a photo or video on social media with a caption that actually speaks to the content posted, then you will certainly land yourself in some trouble.
Of course, all the people who follow you, will come in and add draw their own inferences and the case is usually worse with celebrities.
This wahala has resulted in the literal cry of actress/entrepreneur Salma Mumin following her decision to share some throwback photos on Instagram.
The photos she captioned them: “Hmmmm this life 🤔 back in 2013….” has seen some of her follower draw the conclusion that she is a ‘born one’, who has been hiding her baby.
After she had had enough of all these messages, Salma Mumin came back to post more photos and clarified the notion that she has given birth.
The ‘Salma Eatry’ boss disclosed that those pictures were for a commercial about ‘family planning’ and not what people were thinking.
“Eii so someone can’t post a set photo in peace again? Boi abeg I did not have a child in 2013, it was a TV COMMERCIAL for “family planning” Featuring @andrew_tandoh_adote as my husband. @peterritchiegh @gloriaosarfo and DAVID DONTOH. . Thank you. Now bye” she captioned the fresh set of photos.
