Musician Tic in a recent interview with Andy Dosty of Hitz FM disclosed that he was going to sue Nigerian music superstar Wizkid for sampling his song ‘Fefe Ne Efe’ which was released in 2004 but failed to pay him.

Well, the musician has walked the talk. In a writ of summons available to zionfelix.net, Tic and Tony Tetuila are praying the Federal High Court of Nigeria to offer them damages for copyright infringement.

The two are seeking damages of Thirty Million Naira and also 35% of all the revenues generated by Wizkid for uploading his song titled “Gbese” which is a sampling of their song “Fefe Ne Efe” on all digital platforms.
