Ghanaian actress, Efia Odo has asked Ghanaians to stop voting for politicians who promises them some basic things.

In a post sighted by Zionfelix.net, the vocal actress and model said the citizens of Ghana should not vote for political leaders who promise roads, schools, hospitals and running water.

She explained that such things are within their mandate.

Efia said they should rather vote for those who will invest in the country.

She wrote on Twitter: “People need to stop voting for politicians who promises them roads, schools, hospitals & running water. That is something that is mandated.

“Nnanka who’s supposed to do those things, the citizens? They are supposed to do that! Vote for politicians who will invest in the country!”
