TV3 Network might have to organise a crisis meeting anytime soon because a decision needs to be taken on what to telecast live on March 24 this year – either 3Music Awards or VGMAs nominees jam since both events are happening on the same night.
Media General, owners of TV3 announced on Monday, February 26 afternoon announced its partnership with Charterhouse to exclusively broadcast all activities of this year’s Ghana Music Awards. Before then, they had announced the same pact with 3Music Awards slated for March 24 this year.
Zionfelix.net monitoring Zylofon FM Tuesday morning heard George Quaye, PRO for Charterhouse say that the television station will broadcast the nominees jam for the 19th edition of the prestigious awards happening on March 24 in Cape Coast.
Sadique Abdulai, boss at the firm organising 3Music Awards speaking on the same platform minutes after Mr. Quaye’s comment disclosed that they also have a deal with the Media General-owned TV station to broadcast their awards which has clashed with the VGMAs nominees jam.
These two events are organised to reward Ghanaian musicians for their good works.
Zionfelix.net asks, which of the two shows will Ghanaians enjoy on March 24 this year since all the two awards organsiers have a deal with the television station.
