Ghanaian dancehall artiste, Epixode has reacted to the ban placed on Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale by the organizers of Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.

Speaking in an interview with Joy News which was monitored by, Epixode said the ban is a blessing in disguise for other artistes.

He observed that the decision by the organizers won’t change anything in the careers of these artistes because they have already won many of the awards.

The ‘Wahala Dey’ composer stated that the ban will also be an opportunity for new artistes to be seen and heard.

When he was asked why he is not feeling bad for them, Epixode averred he would have shared in their pains if they were new artistes.

After earning a nomination in the Dancehall/Reggae Artiste of the Year category, Epixode appeal to others to allow him to win this for the first time.

He went on his knees when begging for the support to win the dancehall artiste of the year at the 2020 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
