Self-acclaimed dancehall king Shatta Wale has swept two awards in a row at the ongoing VGMA 2019.

The Shatta Movement president won the Highlife song of the year award with his controversial “My Level” song and “Gringo” was crowned the Reggae Dancehall song of the year at the ongoing Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.

Even though Shatta Wale was not present to pick the award himself, his Shatta Movement members were present to pick the two coveted awards and thanked the fans for the massive support.

He was battling for the award with Stonebwoy, Maccassio, and Samini and he emerged victorious with Gringo.

Congratulations to the champion..paah paah paah
