Ghanaian social media personality Adwoa Tee has caused some stir online after making a surprising statement about her relationship with Big Paradise following what many describe as their second public breakup.
The two social media stars became one of the most talked-about couples after their relationship gained attention online.
Their romance, which was followed closely by fans, later became a subject of public discussion after they appeared to part ways
However, in a recent interview with Nana Romeo on Okay FM’s drive-time show, Okwanso Dwoodwoo, Adwoa Tee made it clear that she does not consider Big Paradise, or anyone she has previously dated, as her ex.
According to her, the word ex carries a different meaning for her, and she does not believe someone she only dated should be given that title.
Adwoa Tee explained that in her own understanding, the only person she would describe as an ex is someone she married, but the marriage later failed.
She stated that if a relationship was only a normal dating experience and did not lead to marriage, then she would not consider that person her ex because there was never a permanent commitment between them.
In her words, her perspective is that dating someone does not automatically make the person an ex-partner after the relationship ends.
During the interview, Adwoa Tee was also asked whether she regretted dating Big Paradise considering everything that happened between them.
Responding to the question, the influencer said she has no regrets about the relationship because she is young and believes in enjoying her life while experiencing different stages.
She indicated that every experience comes with lessons and that she does not look back at her past relationships with regret.
