Renowned for his lyrical prowess and catchy tunes, Guru has carved a niche for himself in the music scene while simultaneously diversifying his portfolio into various business ventures and education in the last few years.

From founding the NKZ Music label to venturing into the hospitality industry with Money Yard and City Cottage Lodge and entering into the world of commerce with his car tire-selling company and travel and tour business, Guru’s journey is nothing short of inspiring.

Guru‘s foray into the music industry began as a dream because his family did not really see any future in that space, but quickly transformed into a reality.

He founded the NKZ Music label, which became a powerhouse in Ghana’s music landscape by producing many songs and managing musicians like Kweysi Swat.

Speaking with Zionfelix recently on the Uncut show, Guru stated that parents should sometimes allow their children to pursue a career in music because he is a testament to the fact that it can work out very well if it is done properly.

Listing some of his successes in the music space apart from his record label and events organization firm, Guru mentioned his Money Yard and City Cottage Lodge, which are luxurious accommodation facilities located in Kumasi and Accra, as other important properties he has.

He further spoke about his decision to venture into the automobile industry by establishing a car tire-selling company.

Guru did not end there, he also revealed he has a travel and tour business, which is a testament to his desire to connect with people globally and share the beauty of his homeland.
