Renowned Ghanaian media personality, Abeiku Aggrey Santana has come under heavy criticism on social media in the last few days.
His critics have been hitting hard at him via social media as a reaction to certain things he said against the person of the CEO of Pizzaman – Chickenman, Christian Boakye Yiadom.

Abeiku Santana during one of his editions of the Okay FM Drivetime show, attacked the young entrepreneur for supposedly getting two of his workers jailed because they stole from the company.
The employees, Seidu Karim and Rashid Abdullah, are said to have stolen twenty (20) cartons of chicken wings and two (2) liters of cooking oil from the company’s warehouse in Nyankyerenease, Kumasi. The two were handed over to the police for investigation.

In the course of investigations, Seidu Karim confessed that in a period of two months, he had stolen twenty cartoons of chicken wings and gallons of cooking oil from the company. They were subsequently handed a 5-year jail term each.
But according to Abeiku Santana, it was wrong for Boakye Yiadom to get the guys jailed when he could have deducted the value of the stolen items from the salaries of the offenders.
Abeiku argued that the offenders may have engaged in the act because of poverty and hunger, hence, there was no need for a court action against them.
Even though Abeiku made these remarks and further clarified that his criticism is not an endorsement of theft but an advocacy that ants should not be killed with a sledgehammer, netizens have not spared him at all.

When he appeared on UTV’s ‘United Showbiz’ show on Saturday, May 13, 2023, he was asked if he was going to apologize for the things he said.
In his response to the call for an apology, the award-winning radio show host stated emphatically that he will never apologize because he has done nothing wrong, stressing that it does not make sense for anyone to get a worker who has stolen chicken wings jailed.
