I bet you have come across a lot of definition for who a slay queen is in this era most of the top female celebrities in the country are caught in that web.
One such definition which is quite popular is the one according to the Urban Dictionary, which says “Girls who do not have a wealthy background but appear as if they do. They use malicious acts to attain cash, drink expensive alcohol, procure expensive cellphones. But back at home she’s a chicken chaser. Slay Queens prey off of old, promiscuous men for their lifestyle.”

Well, according to Mona Gucci, the self-acclaimed boss of slay queens in an interview with Ola Michael on Neat FM earlier this morning there are 3 types of Slay Queens.
Even though she sought to confuse listeners of the show with the various distinctions, it became pretty clear in the end that Slay Queens are just fraudsters.
She went further to name Sandra Ankrobiah as the President of Slay Queens in Ghana, adding that the lawyer cannot tell anyone that all the monies she spends on her luxurious lifestyle are from her legitimate profession.
Mona Gucci also added that Nana Aba Anamoah, Jackie Appiah, Benedicta Gafah, Salma Mumin, Moesha Boduong, Joselyn Dumas, and others are slay queens who survive on the fat pockets of rich men.
She cleared the likes of Akuapem Poloo, Xandy Kamel, Fella Makafui, Efia Odo and stated that they are in no way slay queens.
