On Thursday, May 7, 2020, Ghanaian actress cum singer, Yaa Jackson announced on her social media pages that she was giving up her old life and walking a new path with God as a born again Christian.
Even though many people have suggested that the announcement is just a camouflage to promote her new gospel single “BBF EBEFA”, Yaa Jackson maintains that she has indeed repented from her old ways.
In an interview with Hitz FM’s Andy Dosty, Maame Yaa Jackson revealed that after a careful intersection of her personal life and looking at things happening around the world in recent times, she decided to take this decision.
She further mentioned the sad passing of his former senior colleague Bishop Bernard Nyarko plus the death of thousands of people due to the current outbreak of COVID-19 as another key reason why she gave her life to her maker.
Yaa Jackson also revealed that from hence she is a strong and devoted Christian who fellowships at the Temple Ministry of Jesus’ power.
