Truth be told, Patapaa Amisty is really piqued after losing the Song Of The Year at this year’s Vodafone Ghana Music Awards to Fancy Gadam.
After storming out of the auditorium in a temper, Joy News’ MzGee caught up with him to get his reaction to the award given to the Nothern King, Fancy Gadam. Patapaa in the conversation accused organisers of the prestigious awards of receiving a bribe from the winner of the song of the year category.
According to him, the patrons at the Accra International Conference Center on April 14 where the show happened were surprised to hear Fancy Gadam’s name mentioned as the winner for the Song Of The Year category with his tune ‘Total Cheat’ so it is evident that he was robbed.
The Swedru-based musician who did not look happy about the development after few words walked out of the interview. The TV station’s production team were heard chasing the singer but Zionfelix.net gathers he gave deaf ears to their calls.
Oh wait, he had something interesting to say when he was quizzed about his oversized suit in the queen’s language.
