Ghanaian actress, philanthropist, and movie producer Yvonne Nelson has set her lawyers after prostitute and proud slay queen Mona Gucci.

Her decision to do this follows Mona Gucci’s recent interview on Despite Media’s Neat FM hosted by Ola Michael where she tagged the likes of Yvonne Nelson and a few other top female celebrities as the real slay queens and not the Efia Odos.

Taking to her Instagram page, Yvonne Nelson shared the video of Mona Gucci making those claims and attached the legal document which shows she is taking actions.

She then revealed that her lawyers have requested that they retract and apologize to her for those defaming comments – something the media house has swiftly done.

Yvonne Nelson further cautioned any media house that will drag her brand into the mud again will not be spared.

My lawyers wrote to NEAT FM and MONA GUCCI concerning some defaming statements made about me on their platform, we asked they quickly retract their statements/ issue an apology. NEAT FM just did, Lawyers will pursue MONA GUCCI’s . The Media (who the cap fits) finds it difficult to promote my works, but easily entertain tarnishing my image. Let this be a little reminder, any media house who drags the YN brand again into negativity will not be given the chance to apologize at all. Thanks.” she wrote as the caption of the post.
