Maame Serwaa, the wife of Ghanaian actor Kwadwo Nkansah, popularly known as LilWin, has revealed why social media criticism directed at her husband does not affect her.
The actress’ wife explained that she does not allow online comments and controversies surrounding LilWin to influence her perception of him because she understands him beyond the image often created on social media.
Speaking in a video posted online, Maame Serwaa said she has developed a habit of ignoring public discussions about her husband, especially when they come from people who do not personally know him.
“It doesn’t bother me because my husband is a social media person and people will talk about him no matter what. Those talking about him and trolling him on social media don’t know him better than I do,” she said.
According to her, many people are quick to judge celebrities based on what they see online, even though they have never interacted with them personally.
She maintained that she remains focused on her relationship with LilWin and does not allow opinions from strangers on the internet to shape how she views him.
“I don’t take any social media controversy seriously. Anyone can just pick up their phone and type what they want, whether they’ve met the person before or not, so it doesn’t bother me,” Lilwin’s wife stressed.
