After the Marvel superhero film blew past expectations with $700m in ticket sales globally in its first two weekend screenings, it is set to bring together the biggest gathering in the history of movie premieres in the Western region of Ghana.

Backed by popular demand and high anticipation, Takoradi-based radio station Empire-Fm has partnered Ghanaian right owners; Silverbird Cinemas and Kofas Media to host a public screening of 2018’s biggest movie Black Panther.
The newsbreak of the premiere got residents of Sekondi-Takoradi to storm social media to show their ecstatic mood ahead of the official screening.

The city’s plush hotel, Best Western Atlantic Plus is set to host the grand premiere with over two thousand movie fanatics expected to throng their up-to-standard auditorium to watch the double-screening (7 pm and 9 Pm).

Movie tickets are pegged at a standard price of GHC30 for each screening.
