The dust on the Nana Appiah Mensah and Menzgold brouhaha is one that is not settling down anytime soon.
Even though it has been over eight months since the Security and Exchanges Commission (SECs) ordered for the shut down of the gold buying and selling firm which resulted in NAM1 becoming one of the most hated people in Ghana, the discussions about the issue continue to rage on.
Speaking this morning on his ‘Showbiz Agenda’ entertainment review show, head of Communication at Zylofon Media, Samuel Atuobi Baah known in showbiz as Sammy Flex expressed his total disappointment in all the people who were all over NAM1 when he was ‘rich’ but have left him hanging now that he is battling his court cases.
He revealed that at the time his former boss was doing a lot of philanthropic works and opening companies with his money, most of the people who insulted him when the Menzgold issues were trending came to him for money.

Sammy Flex stated that whereas people were coming to him for GH 50,000 cedis, others were also coming to him for over GH 300,000 and GH 700, 000 cedis, a claim he stated can be substantiated by Socrates Sarfo.
