Nana Ama McBrown has taken to social media to proudly display the scars on her arm, which were a result of her accident in 2013 and subsequent surgeries.
During a TikTok live session, the Ghanaian actress and TV presenter decided to reveal her scars to address the false information being spread about her.
In the video, one could clearly see a prominent and stitched deep cut running from her underarm to her elbow.
This significant scar had created a visible mark on her otherwise fair skin tone.
While engaging with her audience during the TikTok live session, Nana Ama McBrown urged those spreading falsehoods about her to stop doing so.
She emphasized that it would be in everyone’s best interest, especially those who knew nothing about her or her pain, to refrain from making baseless assumptions.

She wanted her followers and critics to understand the immense suffering she had endured and to show respect in light of her experiences.
If you don’t know me don’t talk about me. If you share my pain, you’ll enjoy my glory. If you don’t know someone’s pain don’t talk about it. (Shows scars to camera) Don’t do that. But you see, it is life, I cannot do anything about it,” Ghanaweb to quoted her to have said.
However, the mother of one, stated that she is not perfect, emphasizing that she is making a conscious effort at changing for the better with each passing day.
“Just leave everything to God and move. As a human being, you will fall. I am not perfect as I am seated here but the bible said in the sight of God, we all fall short but he renews his love for us daily. Every day, change a little bit for good,” she observed.
Though Nana Ama McBrown did not direct her submissions to anyone or any topic, some netizens believe that she is reacting to the numerous attacks and allegations from the likes of Sally Mann and Diamond Appiah.
