Ghanaian musician and entrepreneur, Mzbel has defined how an amazing leader is marked.
In a post sighted by Zionfelix.net on Instagram, the outspoken musician said leadership is not about making speeches.
Though he didn’t mention the name of who her post is targeted at, it appears Ghana’s President, Nana Akufo Addo was her target—as he was applauded globally for delivering a great speech in one of his address to the nation on the Coronavirus pandemic.
The ’16-Years’ singer also touted the capability of Former President, John Dramani Mahama and described him as an amazing leader.
She wrote: “Effective leadership is not about making speeches or being liked; leadership is defined by results, not attributes. Father @officialjdmahama you are an amazing leader! ✊🏾”
This won’t come as a surprise to many people who know about her position as a staunch member of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC).
