Beyonce has finally revealed that she was actually in Ghana for the “Already” video featuring Shatta Wale.

After days and weeks of anticipation, Beyonce released the “Already” video featuring Ghanaian dancehall king Shattawale.

From all indications Beyonce indeed toured countries including Ghana to get the video done.

In a video circulating prior to the release of the most anticipated release of Black Is King, Beyonce is heard saying that the whole idea of the video started.

According to her, the concept started in her backyard in America, then to Johannesburg in South Africa then to Ghana and other countries.

Not only will this be a major break for Shattawale but will once again put Ghana in the limelight.

The Already video is part of a series of videos merged into the “Black is King” film by Beyonce.

Shattawale has once again propelled Ghanaian music further into the forefront of the world.

Beyonce and her crew had come to Ghana in December as earlier speculated but not many people knew about it.

They came to shoot the music video for Already which features Shatta Wale who did a very good job of keeping it off the prying eyes on social media.
