Ghanaian media personality, Xandy Kamel, has candidly shared the financial ordeal she faced during her marriage to her ex-husband, Kaninja.
During a recent interview with Delay, Xandy disclosed that she possessed a substantial Ghc30,000 in her account before tying the knot with Kaninja.

Regrettably, by the end of their marriage, she found herself left with a mere GHC 105.
When asked about the expenditure, Xandy explained that the funds went towards household bills and sustenance.
Adding a personal touch, the former Angel TV presenter admitted that her deep affection for her ex-husband led her to impulsively purchase items like boxer shorts whenever she encountered something appealing during outings.
In response to Delay’s joke about being married to a fine gentleman, for which reason she spent on him anyhow, Xandy humorously countered, asserting that her ex-husband’s handsome facade only manifested when he wore spectacles, appearing otherwise without them.
It would be recalled that in previous interviews, notably on Kwaku Manu’s ‘Aggressive Interview’ Show, Xandy Jamel had previously highlighted the challenges she confronted during her union with Kaninja. Last year, she disclosed that she endured four miscarriages in the course of their marriage.
Elaborating on one of the tragic incidents, Xandy revealed that a lie her husband was entangled in led to a distressing confrontation. Shockingly, instead of an apology, he resorted to physical aggression, forcefully pushing her against a wall, resulting in a heartbreaking miscarriage.
