Award-winning Ghanaian rapper, M.anifest has in a tweet on his timeline revealed that he is not too impressed with the 2022 FIFA World Cup theme song which is titled “Hayya Hayya” and features Davido, Trinidad Cardona & Aisha.

In the tweet, M.anifest reveals that in his opinion, the theme song for the FIFA World Cup was is the best so far is the one composed by K’naan titled Wavin’ Flag which was used for the 2010 South Africa World Cup.

M.anifest makes the argument that K’naan proved himself as a phenomenal writer in that song and again the song is one that is great for the ear.

The tweet of M.anifest strangely comes at a time the likes of Davido, Trinidad Cardona & Aisha are enjoying a lot of plaudits online for making history as the first group to release a World Cup theme song that garnered over 2.3 million views in less than 24 hours after its release.
