Following the disagreement between the handlers of Laboma Beach and the organizers of AfroNation Ghana, Wonda World Properties has sought for a court restraining order.

The plaintiff prays for the court (Land Court in Accra) to place an interlocutory injunction order on the parties involved on the disputed Laboma Beach land.

Zionfelix.net has obtained a copy of a writ of summons calling on the defendants, Labone Maabii Association, Afro Nation Ghana Limited and Rave Marketing Solutions Limited to make an appearance entered on their behalves within eight days after receiving the writ.

“Take notice that by Counsel for and on behalf of Plaintiff/Applicant praying this Honourable Court for an order to enter interlocutory Injunction against the Defendants, their assigns, privies, agents, servants, workmen, allotees, grantees and successors in interest, other alieness and relations whatsoever and however described to restrain them from dealing with or having anything to do with the land in dispute until the dispute is finally determined and for such further order(s) as this Honourable Court may deem fit as per the grounds deposed to in the attached affidavit and for any further order(s) as this Honourable Court may deem fit,” part of writ of summons read.

This comes after the ‘Owner’ of Laboma Beach threatened to block the AfroNation musical concert from taking place on his property if the organizers fail to reach out to him officially.
