The third edition of 3Music Awards took place at the Fantasy Dome on Saturday, May 3, 2020.
Even though the initial plans to give patrons and music lovers an experience they might never forget when it comes to the celebration of Ghanaian music was nearly thwarted because of the coronavirus pandemic, the organizers went the extra mile to do a virtual concert that was pretty much classic and hugely successful.
At the end of it all, there has been little or no controversies about the ceremony in the media space until this one that is being stirred by Ike Otoo Arhin, who happens to be the manager of music duo, R2Bees.
Ike in a Facebook post zionfelix.net came across alleges that Sadiq Abdulai Abu and members of his board decided not to give King Promise any award this year because he failed to kowtow.
He also added that they should always remember that the Legacy Entertainment signed musician is a part of the big ‘Refuse To Be Broke Family’.

Well, as to whatever King Promise failed to kowtow to, we are yet to find out.
