Celebrated screen goddess, Nana Ama Mcbrown, is one of the most respected names in the entertainment industry currently because of her remarkable achievements in the entertainment space in the last few years.

While many people, especially, the up-and-coming ones, might envy her successes and all that she has achieved thus far, the Onua TV presenter has revealed that it was not as easy as many people see it now.

During a presentation of items and other cash components to the Bekwai Municipal Hospital during her 46th birthday celebration on Tuesday, August 15, 2023, Nana Ama Mcbrown advised all the people who look up to her to take it easy and understand that success in the industry takes a lot of time and patience.

She revealed that there was a time in 2007 when she locked herself in a room and constantly wept bitterly because she was not getting any movie roles because the directors were not using her.

The sensational actress added that this was a period she can never forget because it was a very difficult time for her.

However, during that moment of sorrow and pain, she got a call from renowned media personality, Hammer Nti, who works with Pure FM in Kumasi, about a deal that changed her life completely.

Mcbrown disclosed that the said deal was her mouth-watering deal she signed with hair cream brand BO-16 that saw her images splattered across the length and breadth of the country on large billboards even though movie directors were denying her a place on movie posters.

She went on to thank Hammer Nti profusely for being a part of her success story today.
