My personal believe in life is that once an individual sets his/her mind to achieve something, it is totally possible. And oh!, I am a strong Lannister, because I always pay my debt. Ghana’s ‘Rap Dacta’, aka Okyeame Kwame has sent out a reply to all those who have in recent time been accusing him and his beautiful wife of exploiting their fantastic children, Sir Kwame Nsiah Bota and Shanti Antwiwaa Nsia Apau for financial gains.

The rapper and philanthropist this morning in an interview on Zylofon 102.1 FM‘s ‘Showbiz Agenda’ with Sammy Flex, explained that he only allows his kids to do other things they are smart and capable of doing those things alongside their education.

“…if you have a child who is smart and capable of doing things, you need to let them do it because Africa is lacking behind and there is no time to slow things down. I am just trying to prevent them from making the mistakes I made as a child…” OK stated.

Okyeame also revealed that he is doing these things to give his children a social and business mind and as a result, those on his case should back off since they are not the ones who are paying the bills of the place he and his family currently lay their heads.

“…I work in the cultural space and I understand how certain things work including social media and business hence, taking advantage of these things is not exploitation. I am just training them and unless you pay for mortgage in my house, you don’t tell me how to train my kids. They are doing very well with their academics and I am only balancing them with this to prevent them from becoming weak. I am not exploiting my kids, we only allow them to do these things for fun…” he further reiterated.
