Earlier today, it was sadly reported that Ghanaian former president and the first of the presidents in the fourth republic, Jerry John Rawlings has passed on at age 73.

This devastating news broke many hearts on social media as a lot of Ghanaians shared some of their fond memories of him even though many others jubilated for reasons best known to them.

Well, it seems the social media consolidatory messages many have sent to his family and himself have not been enough as others have decided to storm the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital to find out if he is really dead according to reports zionfelix.net has chanced on.

We hear that thousands of Ghanaians who loved him for what he did and his enigma are currently stationed at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital, specifically, the Cardiothoracic Unit hoping to see his body before they believe the reports — something that will never be possible.

Anyway, the reports we are picking up add that there is a heavy security presence at the hospital facility since the news of his demise broke so nothing bad may happen there.

We at zionfelix.net continue to send our condolences to the family.
