Shatta Wale & Samini

Highgrade Family boss, Samini is seriously ‘fighting’ to see an end to the long-standing feud between his ‘son’ Stonebwoy and SM4lyf boss, Shatta Wale.

After publicly begging Ghanaians to forgive Stonebwoy for unceremoniously pulling out a gun during his brawl with Shatta Wale at the recent VGMA, Samini has again called on Ghanaians to forgive his old rival Shatta Wale for his role in the VGMAs brouhaha which occurred last weekend.

Speaking in an interview monitored by zionfelix.net, Samini said Shatta Wale did not know the trouble he was causing when he went up onto the stage and therefore he should be forgiven for it.

The “Obaa” Hitmaker in the chat with Andy Dosty on Hitz FM today, May 23, stated emphatically that if he was supposed to be on stage with Stonebwoy at the time he was up there to pick the award for Reggae/Dancehall Artiste of The Year, he would not have pulled out a gun.

He also added that Shatta Wale is clearly the one at fault as he’s always tormenting Stonebwoy but called on Ghanaians to forgive Wale, whom he still calls Bandana. According to him, even though Bandana was wrong, he deserves forgiveness because “he did not know what he did.”

It must be noted that Charterhouse, organizers of the awards has in reaction to the brawl, indefinitely banned both Stonebwoy and Wal and rescinded every award they won Saturday, May 18.
