Ghanaian rapper, Michael Owusu Addo, popularly known as Sarkodie, has turned down a request for him to work with Stay Jay on an Azonto song.

He showed disinterest in the feature after sound engineer, Mix Master Garzy prompted him about a new song he is cooking with Stay Jay.

Garzy mentioned Sarkodie in a tweet: “I think I have something with @STAYJAYGH few days ago. Should I drop it? @Sarkodie me nfa hooki wow o anaa for #Bringbackazonto.”

But following the heated discussions about reviving Azonto and Gasmilla claiming to be the originator, Sarkodie replied, “Killer y3 se mengyae oo nti wode3 bo me jazz bi nfanwh3 me how far.”

Gasmilla felt disrespected because the Sarkcess Music boss did not contact him before his decision was made public.

He also argued Azonto was not dead for it to be revived.
