Ghanaian Gospel artiste, Brother Sammy, has given details about his new building in Kumasi.

Sammy’s house has been a subject of discussion for some days now.

The ‘Aduro Biaa Nkadem’ has taken ZionFelix on a tour of the building situated somewhere in Kumasi, the capital of the Ashanti Region.

He revealed the land was bought more than 10 years ago and it cost GHS 600,000. According to him, one would need about GHS 300,000 to acquire land in the same area now.

Brother Sammy recalled how he needed to protect the land during the period due to land litigation issues in the area.

After building the first six ground apartments eleven (11) years ago, he disclosed that he used six months to build the last one (a storey).

He further disclosed the plan and tactics adopted to buy building materials.

Brother Sammy has planned to rent some of the rooms out.
