Benjamin of TV3’s popular love-finding show, Date Rush has told the rather painful story of his life while growing up when he sat down with Zion Felix for a chit-chat recently.
According to the young man who currently looks all happy with no issues at all, his life before getting to his teenage was a sad one.
He disclosed that he had to spend time at two orphanages even though his biological parents were both alive.
Benjamin disclosed that the very first time he was taken to the orphan home, his father was the one who lied and held his hands and presented him to the people in charge of the home.
Giving an account of what happened, Benjamin said that his father lied that they were going on a fun trip, only to wake up and find himself at an orphanage which was located in a bush somewhere.
Benjamin added that this heartbreaking thing happened when he was just four years old.
