Singer Wendy Shay seems to have dropped a direct but rather subtle jab at popular Ghanaian comedienne Afia Schwar for dancing to her music at the recent launch of Ghana Music Awards UK despite criticizing her in the past.
After Wendy Shay performed her hit song, ‘Stevie Wonder’, which features Shatta Wale at the event which took place on the night of Friday, July 23, 2021, she ended which some words many have described as a shade for Afia Schwar.
The words Wendy Shay uttered were: “If you work hard and God blesses you, your haters are going to dance for you,” before going off the stage.
Funny enough, Afia Schwar was the only one who was seen dancing to the song, and apparently, she is the one person who claimed that Wendy Shay could never blow when Bullet introduced her onto the music scene when Afia Schwar used to host TV Africa’s ‘Konkonsa Police’ show.

Well, in what looks like a response to Wendy Shay, Afia Schwarzenegger told the RuffTown artiste, she only danced because Shatta Wale was featured on the song and not because of “failure” like her.
“I like this song because of @shattawalenima not any failure Anaa drug addict biaa,” Afia wrote
