Self-acclaimed Queen of Ghana Music, Wendy Shay has joined the many social media users to react to what has become more or less the most talked about thing in Ghana now – the fake Dr. UN honorary awards given to Ghanaian celebs and top personalities.

Taking to her Twitter page, Wendy Shay dropped a shade for her colleagues in the industry like Sarkodie, D–Black, Berla Mundi, and others for falling for such a creepy award as she roped in all Ghanaians.

According to the Rufftown Records signed musician, her colleagues were too enthused about the award and as such failed to do the needed due deligence.

Wendy Shay added that they should have expected that before anyone receives an award, some research about the integrity of the organization and the individuals involved and ascertain the credibility of the scheme which these celebrities failed to do.

“When I tell Ghana to wake up U ppl think I’m joking So nobody could research about the background of dis (UN award ) Ghanafour p3 Award Award ne ha t)L) Ghana wake up !!”, she tweeted.
