Ghanaian Afropop and Afrobeats singer Wendy Addo famed as Wendy Shay, has cleared the air on the “snub beef” with Kelvynboy.

According to the Uber Driver singer, Kelvynboy came to apologize to her while he was in the company of Yaa Pono.

Speaking in an interview on Okay FM,Wendy Shay revealed that she and Kelvynboy had smoked the peace pipe already after the latter came with Yaa Pono to render an apology after showing remorse.

Their “beef” started last year by Kelvynboy invoked the wrath of Wendy Shay at the Shatta Wale-Stonebwoy peace press conference which was held in Accra on June 4 at the Marriot Hotel.

Kelvynboy snubbed Wendy Shay when she stretched forth her hand to exchange greetings with him.

Following the snub, Bullet, who owns Ruff Town Records, the record label which Wendy Shay is signed on, made comments on social media over the matter.

According to him Kelvynboy had been “beefing” his artiste over an award, insinuating that his snub was premeditated.

Wendy Shay also indicated that she saw from the look on Kelvynboy’s face that he was really sorry, hence decided to end the beef with him.

To that effect they released a song together to show their fans that indeed they were cool.
