Ghanaian rapper Phrimpong has waded into ongoing discussion to push Kweku Flick’s Money song to win Most Popular Song of the Year at 2021’s VGMA’s.
Phrimpong took to Twitter to assert to the comments made by radio show host Abeiku Aggrey Santana over “Money’s” widespread popularity.
According to Phrimpong, Money deserves to be in the running toward picking up the coveted Most Popular Song Of The Year at 2021’s edition of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
Phrimpong wrote: “101% Wells Deserving!!!!!” under a post made by Zionfelix on Twitter about Kweku Flick’s song.

This was in reaction to an interview Kweku Flick granted to Abeiku Santana on Okay FM where the Flick claimed his song was so popular that it deserved an award.

Even show host Abeiku Santana indicated that should Kweku Flick miss out on the award, even dancehall star Shatta Wale would protest.
