Ghanaian music producer, Hammer has revealed how he met the late Agyekum Kaakyire.
Speaking in an interview with ZionFelix on the ‘Uncut’ Show, the veteran producer divulged he met Agyekum at one of the studios in Ghana.
According to him, Agyekum was cleaner.
Hammer said he liked his voice when he heard him singing Amakye Dede’s song while sweeping the entrance of the studio.
After he questioned whether he was a musician, Agyekum answered no.
He then encouraged him to do something because he has a nice voice.
A week after, Agyekum told him he’s writing something about his life.
Hammer also disclosed how Sarkodie decided to be on the ‘Ohohuo Asem’ song after he walked into the studio.
Though Agyekum did not meet Sarkodie during the recording, Hammer said he was very happy.
