Former Blackstars captain Asamoah Gyan has hurriedly deleted his threat message to Bongo Ideas after the blogger reported him to the Ghana Police Service.
Apparently, Asamoah Gyan was not too pleased with some utterances Bongo Ideas made about late footballer Christian Atsu.
Self-acclaimed critic Bongo, in a tweet, made some sarcastic remarks claiming Atsu appeared to him in a dream.
Gyan was not too pleased with Bongo Ideas’ remarks and took to his Instagram page to express his disgust and disdain for the controversial social media sensation.
In the said post which has caused a massive stir online, the award-winning footballer, who appeared to have been angered by Bongo Idea’s mocking comments about Atsu’s death on social media insulted him and additionally hinted his intentions of assaulting the popular troll to the extent that his (troll) mother would not recognize him.
“Somebody tell this stupid fool that I will definitely find him. You touched the wrong person. You will get the attention you want. Your stupid mother will not even recognise you. Stupid fool. Your location mpo savs it all ABUA BA.”
Bongo Ideas who definitely got scared after reading Asamaoh’s warning to him swiftly took to his Twitter timeline to report the player to the police.
According to Bongo Ideas, Asamoah Gyan still hasn’t gotten over the fact that he was kicked out of the Blackstars team – The reason he’s angry at his harmless post.
Asamoah Gyan has since deleted his post out of fear of being invited by the Police for questioning.
