The biological children of the late Ghanaian highlife legend, Daddy Lumba, have finally touched down in Ghana to validate news of their father’s passing.

According to a report, Calvin Kwadwo Fosu and his sister, Nana Ama, arrived in Accra on Monday, July 29, 2025, from abroad amid emotional scenes at the family residence.

In a video sighted by zionfelix.net online, the siblings were seen dressed in full black, visibly heartbroken and in tears as they stood at their late dad’s home.

The siblings were also seen receiving warm, consoling embraces from an elderly woman identified as Mama Lumba, widely recognized as one of Daddy Lumba’s former teachers.

Their arrival comes just days after Daddy Lumba, born Charles Kwadwo Fosu, was confirmed dead at the age of 60 on Saturday, July 26, 2025, following a short illness. The music legend passed away at the Bank Hospital in Accra.
