Ghanaian rapper, Kwaw Kese claims that he has the magic wand to save the cedi from the downward spiral.

The rapper has waded into the conversation around the free fall of the cedi which has worsen this week.

Kwaw Kese even predicted that the dollar will be trading at Gh¢20.00 by the end of the year.

Currently, the cedi is reportedly trading at more than Gh¢15.00 against the dollar at some forex bureaus in Accra.

Meanwhile, Kwaw Kese who is known in private life as Emmanuel Kofi Botwe claims that the solution lies with him.

He claimed that he can save the cedi from depreciating further against the dollar but he will not do it.

According to the “Dondo” rapper, he will only save the cedi on the condition that the Vice President, Mahamudu Bawumia comes to see him personally.
