The CEO of Lynx Entertainment, Richie Mensah, took to his Twitter timeline on Thursday, March 16, 2023, to shoot down reports suggesting that 2022 VGMA Artist of the Year, KiDi, has had a stroke.

The reports started flying over social media earlier in the day even though most of the people who made the report did not attach any stroke proof.

In his reaction, Richie simply asked all the fans of KiDi who were worried that he might truly be sick to dispel those rumors because the people who did the report clearly lied to get traffic to their blogs.

While Richie’s post appears to have calmed a lot of worried nerves, it appears some people still believe there is more to the situation than the renowned music producer is letting on.

Entertainment critic and pundit, Kwaku Osei Korankye Asiedu aka KOKA, in a post on Facebook indicated that Richie’s tweet just worsen matters.

According to KOKA, the management of KiDi should simply allow the musician to go live on any of his social media pages and clear the air if the reports are fake as they indicate rather than allow Richie, who is not the spokesperson of the ‘Touch It’ hitmaker to be talking on his behalf.

Contrary to this, well-known publicist, Elorm Beenie, has also stated that what Richie has done is not wrong in any way.

Elorm stressed that once Richie is part of the people who manage KiDi, the post he made must be seen as valid.
