An Accra High Court has ordered Evangelist Patricia Asiamah, widely known as Nana Agradaa, to pay fines and compensation after she admitted guilt in a case filed against her by Prophet Emmanuel Appiah Enim, popularly called Osofo Biblical.

The ruling follows a legal battle over the broadcast of Osofo Biblical’s nude images on Thunder TV, a station Agradaa previously owned. Speaking in a video posted on X on December 16, 2025, Osofo Biblical said Agradaa appeared in court earlier in the day and pleaded guilty to all five charges related to the broadcast.

According to him, the court imposed a fine of GH¢12,000 after Agradaa admitted every count. Aside from the fine, the judge also directed her to pay GH¢50,000 in compensation for airing the images on television.

“The five counts levelled against her were about my nude photos that she showed on TV. She pleaded guilty to all the charges. After the final ruling, I have forgiven her. I am happy with the ruling because it will clear my name so that my children will not be associated with the videos Agradaa shared,” he said.

Osofo Biblical explained that he had considered resolving the matter privately but decided against it because of previous incidents involving Agradaa. He recalled that he had once forgiven her after she allegedly sent men to attack him and vandalise his vehicle.

Despite that reconciliation, he said the situation worsened when she later made fresh claims about him online and eventually aired his nude photos on television, leaving him with no option but to seek justice in court.

“I could have settled this matter at home, but because of what transpired some years ago, I asked the court to handle it. You remember that some years ago, she sent her boys to beat me up and even damaged my car.

“After that, she pleaded with me to forgive her, which I did. But later, she went on social media to claim that I sold the issue to her for GH¢3 billion. That is why I decided to bring this case to court,” he disclosed.

The dispute between Agradaa and Osofo Biblical dates back to 2021, when exchanges on social media turned into a public feud. Matters escalated after Agradaa allegedly displayed nude photos of Osofo Biblical during a Thunder TV broadcast.

She was arrested in 2022 and charged under Section 67(1) of the Cybersecurity Act, 2020 (Act 1038), which criminalises the non-consensual sharing of intimate images. The case deepened in July 2024 when she appeared before the court on further charges relating to the possession and distribution of indecent material.

At the time, reports suggested the images were shown during a live broadcast and allegedly used to advertise a bitters product. Agradaa was later granted bail set at GH¢200,000 with two justified sureties.
