That single decision by Sister Derby to send out ‘sweet ex’ birthday to Medikal has brought up more trouble than anyone could have ever imagined.

After the subtle shades from Medikal and his wife, Fella Makafui in the early stages after that single message went viral, the AMG Business rapper dropped an actual warning yesterday.

Medikal in his ‘Quarantine Flow’ song released yesterday, April 11 told his former ‘school mother’ to make sure she does not mention his name again and described his wifey as the queen of the south.

Already, there have been many speculations as to why Medikal will send such a stern warning to his former lover.
